Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk to it in plain English, and it runs in your browser. I'm non-techie AF and I figured it out.

Can I use ChatGPT or Claude at work?

That depends on your job, and you're the one who knows it. I'll show you exactly what I do. I won't pretend your employer, your paperwork or your risk are the same as mine. You decide what crosses the wall.

Should I feel guilty using AI at work?
